Apple Cinnamon Box Mix Instructions

You will need: 2/3 cup apple sauce + 2 TBS sugar

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

Pour the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.

Combine the applesauce and sugar. Pour over the dry ingredients and mix until well combine and chunks form.

Baking tip: a sugar substitute can also be used.

Spread the combine mixture over a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown, stirring at the halfway mark.

Baking tip: line the pan with tinfoil for easy cleanup and cool down.

To cool, transfer the tinfoil onto a table (use caution, it will be hot) and let the granola sit for 15-20 minutes. Store in an airtight container. Remains fresh for up to 2 weeks.

Baking tip: after it has cooled, make it your own by adding dried fruit, nuts or dark chocolate…the possibilities are endless!
