Original Box Mix Instructions

You will need: 1 cup honey

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

Pour the dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.

Heat 1 cup of liquid sweetener in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds or saucepan over medium heat until the liquid sweetener thins but does not boil.

Baking Tip: use more or less honey depending on personal preference. Other liquid sweeteners such as agave, maple syrup, or a simple syrup can be used.

Pour over the dry ingredients and mix until well combine and chunks form.

Spread the combine mixture over a foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown, stirring at the halfway mark.

Baking tip: line the pan with tinfoil for easy cleanup and cool down.

To cool, transfer the tinfoil onto a table (use caution, it will be hot) and let the granola sit for 15-20 minutes. Store in an airtight container. Remains fresh for up to 2 weeks.

Baking tip: after it has cooled, make it your own by adding dried fruit, nuts or dark chocolate… the possibilities are endless!
