It always amazes me when I hear people claim they have no time to eat breakfasts in the morning. For me, breakfast is not an option, it's a staple no matter how much or little time I may have. As much as I would love to spend every single morning casually taking my time preparing elaborate plates of Belgian waffles or eggs benedict, it's just not a realistic way of thinking.
I have found that in order to ensure that you are able to have a suitable, delicious and nutritionally sound breakfast every morning, you really only need three ingredients. Greek yogurt, fruit, and granola.
These three ingredients paired together create a simple but satisfying meal that can be put together in less than three minutes. Three minutes is something I know just about everyone can spare to be able to start your day on a delicious and wholesome note.

- 1 cup plain or vanilla low fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup assorted berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries)
- 1/4 cup Off Road Edition Nuts About Granola
