Flavor of the Month- Mexican Hot Chocolate

How often do you eat granola?

If I have it in the house I eat it everyday until it's gone. I love granola!!!

In your own words, describe your featured flavor granola.

I tried the Mexican Hot Chocolate granola. It appeared very chocolate-y and had mini-chocolate chips in it (which I was pretty excited about). I expected it to taste similar to the Mexican hot cocoa I grew up with, rich and spiced with cinnamon. This flavor's spice didn't come from cinnamon though, it came from actual spices! It had a hot aftertaste I didn't expect!!

In your opinion, what is the best way to enjoy granola?

I love eating granola straight from the bag. It's one of my favorite treats so I really enjoy grabbing a few handfuls after lunch as dessert.

Thanks Monica!
