Summer is here and with that comes hot humid days. As we emerge deep into the peak of the season, long are the days of chilly mornings and even more are the cravings for hot steamy oatmeal. Well if you are like me, you still crave your oats; however the last thing you want to think about is turning on the stove. That is where overnight oats make the perfect solution. Cold, creamy, and the perfect breakfast to keep your feeling full, nourished and cool.
What I love about this recipe is that it uses one of our looser granola, Blend. The oats stand out on their own but are accented with hints of cinnamon, chia, and sliced almonds. It's everything you need for the perfect bowl.
Overnight "Granola" Oats

- sliced banana
Directions:
Combine the granola and yogurt in a glass bowl (preferably with a lid). Add in the milk to thin it out. Place covered in the fridge overnight. In the morning add the sliced fruit and enjoy!

Lauren… this is not a sufficient breakfast. 1/4 cup of granola? You definitely restrict your portions way too much. This is a snack if anything more.
