We are now selling ice cream at the Central Market of York. It is really starting to heat up out there! Cool down with a bowl of Beck’s Handmade Ice Cream or fat free frozen yogurt topped with our famous peanut butter granola. If you are really feeling indulgent then go for the banana split… 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, a banana, peanut butter granola, chocolate syrup and whipped cream. Our entire menu is all natural, full of local ingredients and perfectly portioned so you can treat yourself without the guilt. Not feeling the ice cream? We are also bringing back the perfect parfait… a perfect breakfast, snack and dessert! We will now be open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00am -2:00pm and Saturdays from 9:00am – 2:00pm.

What a weekend…
Sunday, May 17th, 2009
Man, I had a lot crammed into one weekend.
Lets begin with Friday… arrive at the market at 7:30, set-up, leave at 9:00 for grad practice in Etown, after practice I had to drop off an order in Lancaster then back to the market. I got back to the market around 1:00… right after the lunch rush, and then stayed until closing time (5:00).
Then comes Saturday, my graduation and race prep festivities for Colombia. I must admit, I am not a ceremony person but Etown did a really nice job with graduation. Besides the extreme humidity while wearing large polyester gowns… I actually enjoyed the event. Right after the ceremony my mom and I headed down to Colombia, MD to begin preparing for the triathlon. If anyone reading this has ever done a really big triathlon you know there is a lot to do… check in, rack your bike, familiarize yourself with the course, get a good meal and get to bed really early. Never fear… all was done!
Then there is today, Sunday, race day. Cold, wet, and windy pretty much sum up the race conditions. It was just not my day out there, but a few of my friends had fantastic races and I commend their efforts. I am pretty beat… pretty much just slept and ate all day today. Funny how y0ur worst/slowest races are always the hardest.
Well that is it for now. Thanks for reading!

Gung Ho Bikes in York now carries our products! They are an awesome bike shop. Every cyclist needs to have a dependable bike shop for those last minute emergencies… Gung Ho is my go to bike shop.
Last weekend was the first weekend of our new flavors. I had a few regulars waiting for their arrival. I can’t wait to hear their feedback this week! I am particularly proud of Orange Creamsicle and its uncanny resemblance to a real orange creamsicle Popsicle.
Grades are in… I am officially a graduate! Yay! Now I am in the real world… well after my six month grace period
