- Honey: 1/3 cup
- Nut Butter (using the Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel for this recipe): 2/3 cup
- Box Mix: 1 box mix
Warm the nut butter and honey in the microwave for 35 seconds or until it is a pourable consistency.
Stir to combine.
Add the nut butter/honey mixture to the box mix and stir to combine completely.
You may have to use clean hands to massage the ingredients together. It is important that every bit of the oats are covered in nut butter/honey.
Here is why it is important for everything to be thoroughly coated....You are going to be pressing the mixture into silicone molds.
Press and press and press and press. The tighter you can compact the granola bites the better they are going to stay together once they are un-molded.
This recipe made 2 dozen bites with a couple large extras in muffin molds.
Pop into the refrigerator to set up and cool completely. I had them in there for a few hours but they might have been ready before then. I got distracted and forgot to check after an hour.
Pop the no bake granola bites out of the molds!
Store in the refrigerator for best results.
