How does one twenty-something girl balance a full time job, an active lifestyle, and a booming social life? Clare manages to fit-it-all-in and shares her tips of healthy eating, workouts and even her daily styles on her blog Fitting It All In.
Once an avid runner, Clare now finds herself spending more time with her CrossFit family focusing on power lifting and muscle building. While eating a mainly clean diet, she still opens up on her occasional indulgence of her favorite treat, M&M's.

How often do you eat granola?
I eat granola occasionally as a snack or treat. It's too good for me to eat every day – I have no self control around the stuff and I'd go through bags like crazy!
In your own words, describe your featured flavor granola-
This granola tastes like fall! I LIVE for huge honey crisp apples come September, so this Apple Cinnamon Granola is just what I'm craving. The little bit of nuts and cranberries put it over the top – imagine this made into an apple crisp topping!
In your opinion, what is the best way to enjoy granola?
Well I have to admit that the most common way is just hand to mouth. But if I'm being polite, I'd say on some greek yogurt or with fresh berries in almond milk. My favorite way to eat the NAG Mexican Hot Chocolate was on banana frozen yogurt so that the cool sweetness of the "fro-yo" could balance the spiciness of the granola.
