A fresh take on a classic dessert

We have teamed up with Elizabethtown College to re-brand our Carrot Cake granola. Real carrots are baked right into the granola to truly give it a freshly baked carrot cake taste. But no carrot cake would be complete without its cream cheese frosting, so we added white chocolate and raisins that give it a surprisingly delicious finish. A portion of all the proceeds from the sale of this granola will fund the Nuts About Granola Innovation Scholarship.

Ingredients: oats, organic brown rice syrup (brown rice, purified water), organic soy butter (organic dry roasted soybeans, organic sunflower oil, organic palm stearin, sea salt), brown sugar, walnuts, carrot puree (carrots, water), raisins, white chocolate chips (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, nonfat milk powder, soy lecithin added as an emulsifier, vanilla and natural flavor), puffed millet, flax seed, organic cinnamon, nutmeg, all spice, sea salt.

Contains tree nuts, milk and soy. Manufactured on the same equipment as wheat and peanuts.
