ove staying in shape and competing in local events. I have been a competitive athlete since I can remember, starting my career in swimming and then transitioning into triathlons and cross country in college. Both my mom and I recently fell in love with Crossfit and workout regularly together at the gym in York. We love sponsoring local events, races and competitions we also participate in.
